Service
Experienced and trained refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical engineers are on hand to attend to breakdowns on all types of refrigeration and air conditioning plant. All engineers are CITB Registered for the safe disposal of refrigerants. The service is run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. No job is too big or too small.
Our Project management team are on hand to design and oversee the supply and installation of air conditioning, ventilation plant and ductwork, from small split systems to complete building refurbishment programmes. Rainham Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Limited are manufacturers approved installers for most leading air conditioning systems.
In order to assist its customers in complying with all legislation in the use of refrigerants, Rainham Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Limited operate a
reclamation certificate service and are on hand to advise on all aspects of the EPA.
Maintenance
In order to meet the ever-changing needs of our clientele, we are able to tailor maintenance agreements to meet individual requirements.
From basic service contracts providing for scheduled service visits in order to maintain specified equipment. Any additional breakdowns or repairs are charged on a time and material basis.
To labour inclusive contracts which provide for scheduled service visits to maintain specified equipment and allow for the additional labour costs which arise through breakdowns throughout the Contract period, but consumables and materials would be charged.
Sales and Design
We are able to supply all forms of refrigeration equipment from small display to large walk-in coldrooms. We also supply a large range of
upright fridges and freezers and are approved agents for most leading manufacturers.Installation
Our fully equipped installation teams have vast experience in installations as varied as operating theatre air conditioning
to shop refurbishment, from toilet ventilation to complete building supply and extract systems.
CFC's
The Environment Protection Act (EPA) now makes it illegal to deliberately release refrigerants into the atmosphere.
On 1st April 1992, conservation of refrigerant during the maintenance and decommissioning of refrigeration and air conditioning systems became a mandatory requirement.
