Our Project management team are on hand to design and oversee the supply and installation of air conditioning, ventilation plant and ductwork, from small split systems to complete building refurbishment programmes. The Rainham Group are manufacturers approved installers for most leading air conditioning systems.

We are able to supply all forms of refrigeration equipment from small display to large walk-in coldrooms. We also supply a large range of upright fridges and freezers and are approved agents for most leading manufacturers.

Installation

Our fully equipped installation teams have vast experience in installations as varied as operating theatre air conditioning to shop refurbishment, from toilet ventilation to complete building supply and extract systems.

Air Conditioning: Design and installation of all types of Air Conditioning Systems. The Hire of Mobile Air Conditioning Units and Evaporative Coolers.

Refrigeration: Design and  Installation of all types of Commercial Refrigeration including Ice Makers.

Cold Rooms: Freezers & Chiller design and installation. Design, Construction and Installation of all types of sizes of Freezer/Chiller Boxes. The Hire of Portable/Mobile Coldrooms.

Heating/Boilers: Design and installation of all types of Heating/Boiler Systems

Ductwork: Design and installation to Regulation TR19

Kitchen Extract Systems: Design and installation to Regulation TR19

Water Risk: Risk Assessment of Hot and Cold Water Systems as per specification L8.

Water Hygiene: Internal and External Water Tank Inspection, Water Sampling as per L8 COSHH Health & Safety at Work Act.
